Isthisreal.

Sometimes it's not the song that makes you emotional.. It's the people and things that come to your mind when you hear it... True right? We all are nodding our heads right now. What makes us think of those amazing, fun, or weak weak times in our life? Most of us wake up everyday in hopes our day will go as planned, that you won't press snooze more then twice on your alarm, get lazy and not work out, forget to put the clothes from the washer into the dryer, forget your smell goods as you walk outside the door at the start of your day, hurt someone's feelings, so so much to just 1 simple day, that we live so many of. Why do we get emotional? As I grew up as a Blair, I remember so many times of specific emotional events. I was never one to cry, or have tears beyond tears especially as a kid. Growing older i came to understand that a tear or crying was never a sign of weakness, ever. Its how our bodys deal with emotion, agree? We get attatched to people, to habits, to the unexpected. We learn to fall in love with nature, jobs, family, our lovers, our world possessions, our favorite songs, the most delicious hot drink, our favorite destinations, to things and reasons that make us who we are. My mom was sure one to cry though, and I mean cry. I used to hear from her all the time telling me that, I would cry just as much as her when I got older. ( ohhhh, i will never cry that much ) Well, that is a fine principle mom. Lisa Blair, the person that calms my fears, that believes in things that seem impossible at times, that never turns me away when I may need her most. I find myself with tears in my eyes as I get older, and I remember my mom and her vioce when she told me so many times as I was young that I would cry like her one day. Yes, I cry. It's as amazing effect of emotion. Being human and living in an eventful world, we literally grow to care for things, to have feelings for things, to have common smiles towards things. There is reason to our emotions. Songs that bring back emotion put us in a world we once lived, walked, and breathed in. We care about that precious time of hard ache or happiness. Live a life well remembered and honored by your acquaintances.

Favorite bakery... Yes. I adore this place!

I cant believe it!!
After living in Solvang California for 9 amazing months. I spent a lot of time and ate alot of extra calories at the "Solvang Bakery" the best bakery I have ever been too. I come to find out from a little birdie that the owner had decided to relocate and close for quite a few months. WHATTTT? Your kidding me right? I looked it up and read all about it on the news. I couldn't believe it.. It's been in the same location for many many years.
I am sooo bummed.

Past and Present.

The life of Ryan and Timmeri

Let me rewind a few months and tell you all about our journey so far.

May 18 2012 we were sealed for time and all eternity in the LDS faiths Saint George, Utah temple.

It has got to be the best day of our lifes. It was perfect. It was a beautiful day gathered and spent with family members and friends from all over that have been and meant so much to us in our lifes. We were married in the pure and perfect temple at 11am. After the ceremony was finished and pictures were taken Ryan and I snuck away to grab a bite to eat and get checked into our bed and breakfast we were staying at later that night. This bed and breakfast was so retro and totally my kind of place. It felt as if we were staying in a very old cottage.

Everything about the room was beautiful, the fireplace, the mantle, the four poster bed, the jucusi, the night stands, the rugs, ahh I could go on and on.

Later that evening Ryan and I headed over to our venue for the BIG PARTY/ Reception Called “The Bell Tower” ( im just in love with the name of the place, having the place be absolutely beautiful was a major plus ) I could hardly wait to get to the venue and see what we had all worked so hard putting together. So many family and friends were helping put everything up and making sure things were just perfect for the time when people would actually start showing up. My theme for this amazing night was VINTAGE. Love love love, Right? Yes, it was stunning. ( thanks to so so many people who did so much) I cant even start to describe everything we did for this night. The food and drinks were amazing, the photographer snapped precious moments, the music was moving and fun, and the people were a blast. As the night went on Ryan and I undressed from our once in a lifetime suit shoes and wedding dress, a moment to soak in. As we walked down the stairs of the amazing bell tower we had family and friends just outside with sparklers lining the sidewalk, we cheered and yelled as Ryan and I got into our car and drove away to start the first night and the last firs night for the rest of our lifes.

We honeymooned for a week to San Francisco
(Posted all about it below a few post back)

As some of you may know while Ryan and I were engaged I spent my long weeks away from him living in Las Vegas Neveda Managing a Cariloha store in Mandalay Bay. (the company that Ryan and I now work for) I had planned and signed a contract with Del Sol to work with them until the first week of May, so I could be home in enough time to Marry my love on May 18. WELL, while we were engaged Del Sol offered Ryan and I an all paid internship in Grand Cayman Islands for 6 months, starting July 10th. What? Cayman Islands in the Caribbean, yes please! I know to some of you probably wouldn’t think twice about an opportunity like this, but as Ryan was in school and started a great job with a potentially on going job with a company called Unifirst, we had a few things to consider. Ryan and I defiantly put together a pros and cons list. Mine maybe having a few more pros on that list. All in All, we decided to take the opportunity to head out to Cayman in July!

Yayyyy.

We were so excited, who wouldn’t be? Del Sol told me/us to take 2 weeks off for the wedding and  then come back to Vegas and they will have us both work Vegas until July 10th when we head to Cayman. Such a great deal! We never had to worry about finding an apartment to stay in or anything, it was all taken care of.
We had about a month in Vegas until we repacked our bags with swim suits and shorts to go to Cayman. I must say we got pretty attached to Las Vegas. We got involved with the ward, and hung out with a couple in our ward that were married a week after us, and were in Vegas for a month. Drake and Sierra May. We had the best time getting to know them and make memories with them! They will be missed. Ryan and I worked hard in Vegas, enjoyed the night life, the concerts, and the shopping. It was bittersweet packing to say goodbye to that home.

BUT we are now in Cayman and we LOVE it. Its amazing. Surrounded by some of the bluest water i have ever seen.
